Title: Physical Therapist
Shift: Full Time, Monday through Friday
Job Description: Plan and implement individual active restorative and maintenance treatment programs. Monitor resident's physical therapy progress and provide documentation in resident's medical record, as necessary. Must have a valid New York State Physical Therapist License. Must possess patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm towards the residents, their families/responsible parties and staff. Salarie based on experience.
Title: LPN
Shift: All shifts
Job Description: Multiple positions available for both evening and night positions. Must be able to make effective decisions and communicate to Nurse Manager/Supervisor as necessary when clinical changes are present in residents' conditions. Will serve as team leader for nursing staff when assistance is needed. Must demonstrate competence in medication passes. Prior experience in long term care a plus. Must have a valid New York State Nurse License.
Title: Per Diem RN’s
Shift: 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am
Job Description: Per diem evening and night positions needed for both shifts. Strong clinical skills required to assess our residents clinical conditions. Will serve as a resource person for the nursing staff when assistance is needed. Must demonstrate competence in medication passes. Prior experience in long term care a plus. Must have a valid New York State Nurse License.
Title: CNA
Shift: All shifts
Job Description: Certified Nursing Assistant position is available for all shifts. We are looking for caring and compassionate CNA’s to join our team of CNA’s. We are seeking responsible individuals who are currently Certified by the State of New York as Certified Nurse Assistants to assist our residents with their cares. Competitive pay rates. Prior experience in long term care a plus.
Title: Nurse Supervisor
Shift: 11pm-7:30am
Job Description: Responsible for care of residents and supervision of nursing personnel assigned to shift. Interested individuals must be flexible and able to meet the ongoing changing needs of the shift. Candidate should possess good communication skills. Must be New York State licensed.
Title: Medical Biller
Shift: Full Time, Monday through Friday
Job Description: To assist the Financial Services Director in meeting the administrative needs of the facility in accordance with current Federal, State and Local standards and reimbursement principles relating to long term care operations. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have completed a secondary education and at least two years of undergraduate studies. Prior experience working in a administrative business setting prefered. Previous experience in medical bililng, collections, data entry and spreadsheets. MUst have knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. Applicants with knowledge of Medicare A & B, Medicaid and other 3rd party payors and private insurance preferred.
